The location is incredible, the room is cheap & tidy. Location not far from the most famous monuments and museums of the city, the shopping street, and shops, restaurants and bars.

We had a great time in Madrid and stayed at Ch Las Murallas for 3 nights. Maria and her father were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasant surprise to find someone who spoke English. The room and bathroom, though small, were spotlessly clean. The hotel's location near Puerta del Sol was convenient and the price was very affordable. The wifi was impressively fast, even compared to a more expensive hotel we stayed in the following night. great value for money.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky due to the lack of signage. , the language barrier with some staff members made communication difficult.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and it was perfect for our needs. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, shops, and cafes nearby, and the metro was easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to come back in and freshen up when we missed our early morning flight. The rooms were clean and though they were like units within a large apartment, we couldn't hear our neighbors. The complimentary water bottles upon check-in were a nice touch.

The room is sufficiently large and cheap with a very comfy bed and pillows. It has good location to see a vast pedestrianized public square.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the elevator stopping between floors and the unusable balcony, I had a pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Prado and Thyssen Museum, and there were plenty of restaurants and minimarkets nearby. With friendly staff and good cleaning service, I would definitely recommend this gem of a place for those looking for great value for money.

I stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. The host was incredibly attentive and informative, making my stay more enjoyable. Despite the small shower recess, it worked efficiently. The hotel's location in the city center was perfect, with easy access to the Grand Via Metro station.
